Rob and Millie traveled through Peru from North to South, making contact with many locals along the way. Peru is a land of high contrast and rich history. It features barren desert and Amazon jungle all in one – and is the site of the oldest know human civilization on the planet (scientifically). There is an Evangelistic presence there, but it is mainly conservative, traditional and ineffective. Many of the Peruvian young people are being seduced by new “alternative” lifestyles and practices. No fine line is drawn between the Gospel of Christ and traditional Catholicism – or Witchraft for that matter. Pray for revival in Peru! RMIM does not have any plans to work in Peru in the near future.
