Guatemala is a place where Missions and the call of Jesus is thriving. RMIM had the privilege of working everywhere from the poor villages to the bars in Guatemala City, and the people are very open to the Gospel Message. Although it has a reputation of danger and one must be aware while traveling here, it is a great place for a first time Mission trip and/or place to learn the Spanish language. RMIM does not have immediate plans to return to Guatemala at this time.
